Synopsis:


     Bestselling author, Farrah Carter is working with her town's local playhouse to put on a production of one of her stories. She has a girlfriend, Mimi, but when the transgender lighting technician for the show, Shawn, comes around, Farrah's head is turned. In an unexpected turn of events, the two end up spending the night together when Farrah needs a place to stay. She soon learns that there may be more to her feelings about Shawn then she thought. I know the fall season is approaching, but I decided to post my new story "The 4th" anyway. I started writing it in July with the intention of having it out for everybody to read that same month, but I just now got to finishing it (...writer's block sucks, lol!). I think it's a really cool story that I hope all you J.Birds enjoy. So, put a little summer into your fall and check it out :)

THE DOUBLE-EDGED SWORD

I am currently writing my first novel. I'm calling it "The Double-Edged Sword." It's the story of three women, though it's mainly focused around one of them. I don't want to give too much away, but it's a love triangle with all sorts of issues and complications blended into it. Watch which characters you like, J.Birds! They may not be what they appear to be. It's quite the roller coaster!  

 

I'm having a great time writing it. I'm completely in love with this story!! ....and, maybe even in love with one of the characters, LOL! It's an occupational hazard!


I will keep this section here updated with my progress. Wish me luck on getting it finished soon!
